Using some of the principles of Improvisation, this session provides training in communication, trust and team building. The core principles of improv are about group agreement and contributing what the group needs. By shifting focus from the self to the group, we can lessen self-consciousness, and begin to break down barriers. Through the use of play, we can explore how we can place our trust in others more effectively, get better at trusting our gut instincts and connect meaningfully to our teammates.
